Benefits to using a travel agent to book your group

1. When you book 5 or more rooms you qualify for a group rate. 

2. Your group gets assigned a special group code so the hotel knows they are together.  The hotel will make every effort to put your guests as close together as possible.

3. If the hotel is overbooked, something every hotel and airline does, your guests will stay at the hotel.  Those that book with another booking engine will have a higher chance of being walked to another hotel.

4. Once the deposit has been paid, you can either wait until the final payment is due, usually around 60-45 days before you depart, to pay off the rest.  Or you can make payments monthly, bi-weekly, weekly, etc until the final due date. Or even just pay it all at once.

1. If I find a cheaper rate do you price match?
-Yes, as long as everything is the exact same I can price match.

2. Can you price match after I have booked?
-Only if you purchase the option that allows you to rebook at the cheaper rate after booking.

3. Do I have to pay everything at once
-No, once your deposit is paid you have until 60-45 days before the trip to pay for the remaining balance.

4. Can I make payments?
-Yes.  Once the deposit is paid you can make payments until the balance is paid up until the due date.

5. Can I purchase travel insurance through you?

6. Can I use miles to book the flight portion of the trip?
-Yes, you would book that part yourself and then I would book your hotel.
